Payments

50% DEPOSIT REQUIRED! Clients can choose to Pay Online/via PayPal, CashApp or Cash Payment for the other half of payment.  The full payment must be made before business is conducted.

Cancellations 

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE within 24hr notice. Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance to receive your deposit back. Please use the confirmation email that was sent to you to cancel appointments.

Running Late

When running late, I will provide a grace period of 30 minutes. If you fail to arrive within 30 minutes of booked start time, appointment will be cancelled.

Rescheduling 

When rescheduling there will be no extra fees. Please just contact @icebreakingfilms at least 48 hours prior to the original date. Running late, and last minute cancellations fees still apply.

Copyright

Ice Breaking Films LLC owns 100 percent of all work once finished. To own 100 percent of any material created by Ice Breaking Films LLC, you will have to purchase the rights. Client can not profit off of any work created by Ice Breaking Films LLC without full rights. Please contact icebreakingfilms@gmail.com for more info on owning full rights of any services.
